The web integration to the nutrition application Zipongo is well implemented, and my spouse and I enjoy browsing for new recipes and planning our meals. As a user, I like how I can track my progress and rewards in one location. Wellness challenges are engaging, and I enjoy logging in every day! The integration with multiple applications for nutrition and wellbeing has helped me eat better and reduce my stress. In comparison to other platforms intended for employee wellness, Virgin Pulse is easy to navigate, and most importantly is very easy to understand my rewards for using each application. Wellness is more critical than ever in today's environment, and this application keeps me logged in and engage in changing my life. I purchase things all the time and this was the worse.I believe this platform delivers an engaging user experience, and based on my experience, the different applications have changed me for the better. After a couple of email exchanges I finally get the watch I ordered. I get a response that since I opened the item it is considered used and I cannot return it. I call and the rep cannot resolve the issue so she has to escalate the ticket. I thought I was done dealing with them but at least I have a phone number. I finally got to speak with someone and I felt as if I was beating my head against the wall trying to get them to understand. You ask another question they take days to respond and so on and so on. They tell you what they want to tell you and ignore your question. Also since you are communicating via email when you pose a question they do not have to answer it. Your emails can go days without being answered. Essentially they encourage you to communicate with them via email. Virgin Pulse does not publicize a call in number on their site.
